This is our new video in which you can see the Pines to Palms Scenic Byway in California. This part starts in Palm Desert and ends at Lake Hemet. The second part will show you the drive along the Hwy 74 and the Hwy 243 up until Idyllwild. We were staying in Palm Desert at the time of the Government shutdown last year and this day out to the mountains was an alternative trip as the Joshua Tree National Park was closed.
